my 90 day spring reset (2026 edition)
starting april 1
I like to do a 90 day sprint every spring that consists of putting foot on gas and going hard before summer approaches.
In the past, I’ve done more intensive things like 75 Hard or different phases of the Live Hard Program or hardcore inner work protocols, but this time around…
I’m changing it up a little bit and getting back to the boring fundamentals.
Starting tomorrow (April 1st) my 90 day sprint will consist of knocking out the following simple habits day in and day out:
4 hours deep work (min)
8k+ steps (min)
30-60 minutes of skill building (mostly related to AI)
Training
Hitting calories & protein targets
And instead of running it solo like I usually do, I thought I’d email you and ask if you want to join me?
